I’ve always found Dr. MacKinnon and the office staff to be professional, caring, and thorough. She is a good listener and empathetic to my concerns and always follows up on questions I had or tests I needed.
Both Dr. MacKinnon and Terra Watkins (NP) are amazing. They are friendly, thorough, empathetic and considerate. They communicate with you respectfully and not in a condescending manor. A trip to the doctor's office is not a dreaded event as the staff is always warm and inviting.
Dr MacKinnon was always excellent and spent the time to explain diagnosis and treatment. When I was having a med issue, she took the time to call me later with a suggestion that resolved it.
