Got a screw in my tire when in Charlottetown for the weekend. Had trouble finding anyone to patch on a Saturday AM until I found Mackinnon Service centre. They just said "being it over" and had the tire fixed up within 20 minutes of my arrival. They saved me a lot of hassle and extra costs over the weekend. Very nice guy too.
Got my car fixed in no time, didn't have an appointment, but they took my car in right away and fixed the problem. Thank you.
Fantastic! Kind, helpful and communicative customer service. Once the issue with my car was diagnosed, they called and let me know what it was and a quote for how much it would cost. They let me know about a potential delay with the part they needed to order so my expectations for how long it would take would be appropriate. They did a great job and were very efficient! So glad I called them!
