They got 1 star because ZERO isn't an option. Jeff (the owner) took our deposit, wouldn't provide a start date, and stopped responding to messages. He didn't do the work and will not refund our money. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and he promised to issue a refund by 11/2023, which he never did. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy.
