I was awarded benefits for damages after being hit by an SUV in July of last year (2024). The first check came December 16 and I didn't receive a check again until April 10, 2025. I became homeless as a result and my life has fallen apart. This company should be shut down. What a disgrace. They don't have one good review. This is the service provider for my client's claim and no one ever calls you back. No live person to speak with. This is so unprofessional!
They will not assist you. They will gaslight you to believe you do not need any medical attention and will only pay half of your case. Then drop it and belittle you. I asked the main associate if she believes she’s helping others and if she believes me and she said she believes her workers and not me….
