Most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING, NON COMMUNITIVE company ever. I have NO idea how they are in business. Leave message after message, no call back. Promise they have sent out a check and months later " oh must have gotten lost. Will send another." I really dont think anyone really works here consistently. Great ole Michigan doesnt care if people struggle. This company certainly doesnt. That why they dont reply to these ratings. They done CARE one bit.
Garbage company and garbage adjusters who are lost with their own files, make people wait for lost wages like they don’t have responsibilities and bills, absolute trash administration!!
I was awarded benefits for damages after being hit by an SUV in July of last year (2024). The first check came December 16 and I didn't receive a check again until April 10, 2025. I became homeless as a result and my life has fallen apart. This company should be shut down. What a disgrace. They don't have one good review.
