He is very good, and he didn’t hesitate to tell us when he couldn’t fix something. He researched the problem and sent us to the appropriate location that could fix it. We have used him several times before and he was fast and accurate.
Our teenage son was driving from Cimarron, NM to Beaumont, TX after a summer job, and broke down in Plainview at 5:30 on a Sunday evening. Johnny Cash Towing highly recommended Mackie's and we're so grateful he did. Johnny's dropped the truck at the shop Sunday night, then first thing Monday morning, Mackie sent someone to his motel to grab the keys, and they got right to work.
