We had a plumbing emergency, and their technician was at our home in under 30mins. Great service, polite, and very informative.
I had a leak that needed a leak detector and then be repaired. The plumber (sorry cannot remember his name) came here and worked for hours in the pouring rain eventually found the leaking pipe repaired it and left the site immaculate. I would definitely use Mackie Plumbing again.

I have ongoing water leaks after a plumber came out a month ago, he had no leak detection equipment and stated via FB Messenger that he would have access to using them. He never went through costs associated at the time. I had had no access to water for 10 days and I've written to the owner regarding the ongoing issues. The Manager agreed that pressure would have been applied a long the polypiping upon repairing 4 holes.
