The showroom had a wide variety of bathrooom styles and after chosing what we wanted, abd measurements of our bathroom space we were given the computer aided design , which was all helpful. Unfortunately things took a lot longer thsn expected to get the work started. I had to phone the showroom to check on the start date, and was advised it would be 2 weeks after the initial date. Remodelled my elderly mother’s bathroom , fantastic service from start to finish . Gemma had all the patience in the world when mum was picking showers etc . The plumbers electrician and joiner clean tidy and chatted away to mum and told her what was happening each day . Neil phoned me regularly with updates . Would definitely recommend Mackies . I’ve one happy delighted mum
