I was in need of a CPA to help with the family trust and taxes. My nephew and wife highly recommended Porth Unrein Goldblatt which they’ve been going to for years. Now this is my second year having Porth Unrein Goldblatt prepare my taxes and I am very happy with them. The office is very pleasant with nice people that are knowledgeable will answer questions and help in any way. I can depend on them returning my calls and text messages.
Unfortunately there are new owners — ones (Zach) who don’t tend to care about their biggest long time clients. I’ve been a client here for 6 years and have always followed the exact same process—drop off my documents, they prepare everything, then I come in to review and pay. This year, under new ownership, that process completely broke down. I was never contacted once—no call, no email, no voicemail—saying anything was missing or that my return wasn’t being filed.
