Super responsive to initial call but downhill after they got their retainer. Basically fed us a story of how they'd help us negotiate with our lender, they'd work for us and provide the expert level help we needed. End results was lack-luster efforts, got handed off to a paralegal or legal secretary who didn't seem to know anything about our situation.
