I called them and left a message and the following day they called back. Explained the damage and he said that he should be able to make it on Monday (Nov. 5th) evening around 5ish. Guy said that he would call and let me know if he could or could not make it. Well, safe to say he never called.. he never called on Tuesday or Wednesday either.
