I’ve been going through Mackenzie for years! I absolutely love her and her company! Very friendly! Very fast! ❤️
i’d leave 0 stars if i could! she seems sweet and professional at first but when you ask about your refund almost a year later she gets mad and treats you like garbage then says she is no longer interested in helping. will definitely not be using her ever again:)
10/10 highly recommend Mackenzie’s Tax Service, i will be back every year to file with her! she took me minutes before my appointment and had me and my fiancé filed in no time! she was so kind and provided the absolute best service, answered any questions we had and was just all around amazing! if you’re thinking about using her, do it! you won’t leave there dissatisfied.
Had a 1030am appointment upon arrival no one at office, called by Owner that she running late will there 1100am , then called me back few minutes later and said would be 1130am before she came, at that point I returned home 40 minute drive , not good way to start relationship ,took my business elsewhere
