The craftsmanship hands down is amazing. Everyone loves the jewelry! However, I would recommend you get your pricing thoroughly in writing ahead of time because we were quoted several hundred dollars less than what we had to pay at pickup because she “forgot” what we agreed to.
Went there awhile back to browse for a future purchase and was politely told i was poor, that she normally has more affluent customers.
I have bought multiple pieces of jewelry from McKenzie's and I love going in the shop and browsing for my next one of a kind piece of art. She is VERY talented and is a master at her craft. My favorite store in Wooster for sure!!!
