Seriously lacking in customer service...had two errands to run today; 1 for my elderly father that was in close proximity to Mackenzies. Parked at Mackenzies, but wanted to buy the chocolate last so it wouldn't melt. As I walked out of the parking lot toward their neighboring building I was stopped by a man running across the lot telling me I can't park there.
