Very friendly and professional Doctor and staff. Doctor O'Grady has excellent bedside manner. He takes the time to explain things to you and answers all your questions. His staff is also very helpful. Everyone makes you feel like it's their privilege to care for you.
Dr. O’Grady and his whole team are human angels on this planet. The whole experience from start to finish to weeks-after follow ups is none I have ever experienced and I have lived in 5 countries. Dr O'Grady is overall fantastic. He took the time to do a proper initial examination, with excellent bed side manners, fantastic surgical skills, and great follow-up care. I would highly recommend this excellent plastic surgeon. Staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, as well.
