Yesterday is my first time see Dr. O'Grady, however he was not patient with me and ignored my pain. My ultra sound report was lost, he shifted the blame to the other department instead of solving the issue.
I would highly recommend Dr. O'Grady to anyone who is unsure about getting breast reduction surgery. I had an amazing experience, and I’m so grateful to Dr. O'Grady and the entire team for their care and support. Since the surgery, I feel like I have a new life—no more back pain, no more shoulder pain, and even my posture has improved. It’s truly life-changing!
Dr. O’Grady is a fantastic surgeon! I went to him for a breast reduction surgery and I could not be happier with the results! I am able to move and live like how I was before and his professionalism and kind nature made me choose him for my problem. Very friendly and professional Doctor and staff. Doctor O'Grady has excellent bedside manner. He takes the time to explain things to you and answers all your questions. His staff is also very helpful. Everyone makes you feel like it's their privilege to care for you.
