I read the reviews before my appt and was a bit concerned, but I have to say, Dr. Vaclav is perfectly lovely and friendly. She explained everything extremely well and she was very personable. She did not talk down to me or treat me like I was unknowledgeable about things. Enjoy your trip to Alaska, if you ever do go there!!
She listened to my problem and gave me explanation of it.
Called me ahead of my appointment asking if I was sure I needed to come in. Why else would I make an appointment? I'min such pain. Had to go throughher to get to a doctor. Such a horrible policy, especially with the uncaring and inept manner of PA's like this one. So unconcerned about my health. Told me I could come in early. I think she just wanted to leave early. I just need help to discover what's wrong with my legs. I'll have to find another way to do it.
