This facility has spent months telling residents they are switching TV and internet providers. The new wiring ( from Enseo) would not be compatible with the existing Xfinity wiring. Residents like my 90 year old mother were forced to find a new VOIP phone provider., turn in equipment to Xfinity, etc.., change email, etc. My mother’s apartment was rewired by Enseo two weeks ago.
