After searching for a psychiatrist for almost 4 years that will either take a patient or can deal with the issues my psychologist suspects, Dr Naaz opened up her arms and gave me a warm welcoming “I have patients who have been waiting since last year” even though the receptionist told me to come in physically and book an appointment, the receptionist was sick when I went in. would suggest going anywhere else, doctor should not be practicing
had an absolutely horrendous experience here and would not recommend for any young people struggling with adhd/autism, especially those good at masking . i feel like i was absolutely judged based off stereotypes and left in tears after being completely invalidated . i don’t like leaving serious negative reviews but i’ve just never had such a horrendous experience. first off for a mental health professional to say they didn’t believe that someone has autism because they can hold a conversation is terrible and so insensitive. ... read more
Was horrible. Got recommended Dr. Naaz by my GP, went in for a consultation only for me to sit and fill out questionnaires and not really have any time of speaking my mind or how I feel, just answer the questions. After giving me a half assed diagnosis which wasn't even official (rich coming from a psych), she told me it was illegal to prescribe me the medicine she wanted to with my current meds, which I know is total bullshit because I found a psych that allows it.
