Total waste of 7months on a wait list and $600. To be unheard and pre judged. Thank goodness for second options, can’t believe the difference with someone who took the time to talk to me, starting treatment soon. Should have taken notice of the reviews in the beginning.

I really wish I had read the negative reviews before wasting our time and money. Spent months arranging the assessment and filling in questionnaires and then we were treated with disrespect during appointment. Only received a written statement from Dr Naaz months after appointment after multiple emails and phone calls; letter was finally emailed but with incorrect details of diagnosis.

Why is it so difficult to have an appointment booked? Either the receptionist is incompetent or the Dr doesn’t follow anything up? Either way the Dr is accountable. I will be telling Dr Santosh to never refer you… after all why would he, I’ve been waiting over 4 weeks and even followed it up with your receptionist but yet still no call back.

After searching for a psychiatrist for almost 4 years that will either take a patient or can deal with the issues my psychologist suspects, Dr Naaz opened up her arms and gave me a warm welcoming “I have patients who have been waiting since last year” even though the receptionist told me to come in physically and book an appointment, the receptionist was sick when I went in.
