The pharmacy staff are respectful, but I think the follow-up and coordination between staff members and with customers could be improved. For example, when a customer is told that a medication is ready for pickup, it should actually be ready. Also, if you tell a customer that their medication will be delivered, the delivery should be followed through as promised. Better communication and follow-up would make the service much more reliable and improve the overall customer experience.
Every time I've gone in, I've had a very good experience. The people working there actually care about you and your needs. They're kind and take the time to explain everything to you. Prices are fair and the place has lots of parking. If you live in the area, you should consider making this your drug mart of choice. Thank you
