I haven’t been here in sometime and when I walked back in today, everyone greeted me and welcomed me back like it was yesterday! They were very responsive and professional!
Wonderful staff and dentist! Dr Mackenzie is wonderful. She keeps you well informed about everything she’s doing. Cindy was my hygienist and she is amazing! Trish is a pleasure greeting you at the front desk.
Dr. Mackenzie is an amazing dentist. She is experienced, explains the process, gives words of encouragement during the procedures and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. She patiently and knowledgeably answers my questions and shows genuine care and concern. Her support staff are efficient, helpful and very friendly. Her office is very clean and well appointed. I have been a patient for nine years and I highly recommend her.
Excellent patient interaction from the receptionist to the dental tech to the dentist. Routine cleaning, but friendly staff makes asking questions easy. All questions answered with patience and knowledge.
When I visit Dr. Mackenzie’s Office it’s always a pleasure because I know that I will receive the very best care that I could possibly receive.
