This is our third year spending 4 days in one of the cabins at Mackenzie Beach Resort. This year we stayed in cabin 5 and have booked cabin 4 for next spring. These are both 2 bedroom cabins with full kitchen, one ensuite bathroom and a full bathroom. There is a woodburning fireplace and a bundle of kindling and logs was dropped by our door every day. We had a lovely 2 night stay in an air streamer (#10)! All of the amenities were well thought out and it was super clean! The 2 person cedar hot tub was awesome after a day of adventures! The staff at the front desk were super polite and informative! My only complaint is that the fold out couch was terribly uncomfortable - most of the padding was gone and it felt like you were sitting on the frame/springs. Such a beautiful spot and the accommodations are very thoughtfully designed and extremely well equipped. Staff are extremely friendly - this spot is such a great fit for Tofino, good value and thoughtfully operated

I was almost scared off by the rating on Google and I am so glad I did not listen! I had one of my best days in Tofino at this resort, we stayed in one of the bungalows and it was such a modern kind of camping/cabin experience. The outside patio was very cozy with a hot tub, fire pit, and even a barbecue! I will admit the inside feels a tiny bit crammed, but you’re able to slide your things under the bed to make more walking space. Absolutely amazing experience. Totally exceeded expectations. Our 3-bedroom cabin was quite luxurious with full kitchen, thoughtfully equipped. The view of the beach and sea from the living room windows was stunning. The beds were comfy though the pillows were a little thick and high for my neck.
