Horrific experience. I accompanied a friend to pick up the remains of their spouse today and it was one of the worst encounters in recent memory. We walked in and were greeted by a man (without a mask) with a, “Hey, what’s up, guys?”. The casual and insensitive tone was a bit jarring but not a big deal.
