The room we were in could do with a good refurb, Buckled carpet, musky smell, maybe because it was closed up, shower screen could do with a professional clean and tv was a little dated, we are travelling to different motels and have had better rooms for the price, other than that, it was okay.
I was initially very please with the contact I had with the motel. We had a funeral to attend and were heading into town early and I requested an early check in. The person I spoke to was amazing and went out of her way to work with us on this. Upon arrival, the situation could not have been more different. Easy location, that about where the good ends. Extremely rude management, sub par rooms, dirty carpets, shower had an aroma of sewage. Not worth the price. *edit to reply* Please check your assumptions with this review, this was MY experience with your hotel not my travelling partners, they did not attempt to "sneak" pets in to your rooms, MY experience is that you are extremely rude when it comes to serciving your customers, you didn't even introduce yourselves when approaching my travel mates and the way you spoke to them ... read more
