We live in Ankeny so we applied online to see if we could be approved that way instead of having to drive almost 2 hours away with a 3 year old and a 3 month old. I do not remember the name of the person I spoke with, I know that he was an older gentlemen. The lack of communication was ridiculous. Clearly they were not wanting to sell the vehicle bad enough. We understand we didn’t get approved, but having to wait around for HOURS is ridiculous. Would not recommend this place at all.
I bought a used truck from them. They don't put any effort into cleaning up their older used vehicles or even put any routine maintenance into them. I'm 50/50 as to whether I will return for another purchase.
