I originally scheduled my appointment with Dawn for a second opinion. When I arrived, Rachel greeted me warmly, and after I gave my rather long-winded explanation, she took the time to reassure me. She made it clear that I deserved to be heard and receive the care I needed. Dawn was equally kind, caring, and friendly, and Stephanie is just as welcoming.
