Booked in my vehicle 3 times for a faulty part that is also on recall. On all three occasions I was told that the parts were not ordered even after contacting the service department when booking the last service to ensure parts were available. To make things worst, I was contacted before booking in the service to let me know that parts have arrived and to bring the vehicle in. Me: Books car in for service and requests the brake pads be changed... Toyota: Gives car back and informs me the mechanic noticed that my brake pads need changing!! You can't make this stuff up! Massive thank you to Kat, who remained calm and sweet when I wasn't, and for sorting out the issue and managing to get it booked in the very next day! Dealt with her again on the second day, and she was absolutely wonderful again!!
