Very helpful, ran out of Landcruisers though...lol
Absolute rip off took 5 weeks for toyota to give me a 90k service quote for my car. $2,000 for a standard service with spark plugs. Asked about my brakes. For pads and rotors $6,500 not including installation. What a scam mackay toyota is.
I dropped off my sons car at Mackay Toyota at the appointed time and was informed the vehicle would be ready by approx 13:00hrs. I returned at that time and asked a young fellow at the customer counter, what was the current status of the vehicle. He stated the vehicle was not yet ready, though he would check and get back to me as I was waiting in the customer lounge. As a business service department firstly can’t het through to them ! Make a booking in advance explain to them and ask them if its possible to have the car back before 4pm as its needs to be at another place before they close. Promises made. Till the day of service being told oh no car will be done late. Called in took an hour just to get hold of someone again just to be told they apologise it was miscommunication the car will be done way before 4pm. Attention Toyota as one of best brand in the world But your Mackay service station is one of worst I ever reached Car price worth 70% Rest of service But your service is only 1% mate You can not sell your car as full price Because you service is terrible Staffs needs to go to Japan or Korea learn what is about service! If I can give you - star i will And check your voice records mate If she did not say car ready to pick up How come have another customer happened same thing !!
