We were very disappointed with our stay. The apartments are tired and run down, and for the price they really need a refresh and a decent paint-out. The kitchen and dining area were poorly equipped – only one chair provided for three people, and there was not enough cutlery, which made meals awkward and uncomfortable. The description says there are amenities including a BBQ area, but the facilities are far from inviting and don’t live up to expectations. I just traveled up to North Queensland and back and reviewed the best pet friendly accommodation and the worst . Sadly , you made the worst. Lady at reception was nice and friendly. Got to room and was happy to see a laundry . The rooms have dust on all the skirtings and windows and windowsills which has been there for months . The curtains are dirty and stained. Stayed her this week, room was adequate for what I needed. Close dining for Lunch and Dinner but no breakfast options nearby. Availability of breakfast pack for $10 but it was too late to ask when I realised no local venues or options within walking distance.

This apartment was disgusting ! There was disgusting cigarette butts on the ground outside our balcony! Hair in the shower , the curtains were falling off the tracks , the fridge had leftover food in it , I couldn’t put anything in the small freezer because it was thick with build up of ice . Shower rail was broken .Very outdated & for $199 a night I would expect more ! Terrible
