Worst rental agency to ever to work with. Very rude, unhelpful staff (Sonya being the worst). Now changed their name to Guardian. Be aware people, name may change but unprofessional service and rude staff remain.
Overall not too bad. As someone else stated you leave your rental property the way it was when you entered it and there is no problem with receiving your bond back. Just communication wise needs to improve, almost impossible to talk to your property manager, always a excuse “she just left for the rest of the week” etc. Every time I called to ask about my bond return or any other questions could never speak to property manager nor receive a call back, most emails were ignored too.
