My daughter sees Lana (Occupational therapist) and I am so happy with the progress she is making. I highly recommend anyone needing support for their little ones to contact the hospital. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Thank you
Staff went out of their way to help sort out a problem for the person I was visiting and our family.
Attempted multiple times to make a physio booking to no avail. Tried phoning (no answer, passed around, told I'd be phoned back but never phoned back), emailing (no answer). Last straw was finally getting through to physio after 3 weeks of attempting to make a booking. He told me despite my healthcare plan referral I'd need to pay a gap fee which I agreed to and told me he would book me in for next week but wouldn't give me an actual day or time. No idea how everyone else is making appointments without being given an appoint... read more
