My mother was here in palliative care. The care she received was disgusting and unprofessional. She had bladder cancer and was 86 years old. She was so weak she couldn’t feed herself but nobody helped they would just take the food away again and say that she had eaten. She was put in a chair and needed 2 nurses to lift her to put her into her bed. Staff went out of their way to help sort out a problem for the person I was visiting and our family.
Attempted multiple times to make a physio booking to no avail. Tried phoning (no answer, passed around, told I'd be phoned back but never phoned back), emailing (no answer). Last straw was finally getting through to physio after 3 weeks of attempting to make a booking. He told me despite my healthcare plan referral I'd need to pay a gap fee which I agreed to and told me he would book me in for next week but wouldn't give me an actual day or time.
