Staff went out of their way to help sort out a problem for the person I was visiting and our family.
Attempted multiple times to make a physio booking to no avail. Tried phoning (no answer, passed around, told I'd be phoned back but never phoned back), emailing (no answer). Last straw was finally getting through to physio after 3 weeks of attempting to make a booking. He told me despite my healthcare plan referral I'd need to pay a gap fee which I agreed to and told me he would book me in for next week but wouldn't give me an actual day or time. Our session was good. Informative. Always helpful on going treatment.
Hydrotherapy sessions are well organised and great.
The experience was a beautiful one as always but the price is now too expensive going from $15 @ session each to $25 so our 3 visits a week may now only be one !
