My husband's new was a delight to purchase from Mackay Harley Davidson. They were helpfull and very accommating throughout the purchase process. Our new bike was delivered right to our front door, and the staff who delivered it were excellent. We could not have been happier with our new Harley Davidson Sport Glide.
Good HD dealership with lots of Harleys on the floor. Good amount of Harley merch for sale. Friendly staff.
This was an online experience and a terrible one at that. The guy Mick is a proper drongo, emailed prior to purchase to be certain they had the right size. They replied they did, they proceeded to send out the incorrect size. When I called the guy said they don't come in the size I ordered, then he said it was only one size difference, then he said it would be a nightmare to do the return and the boots had already been discounted.
