Had a work vehicle booked in. Been trying to get a report for the tyres. Have sent three enquires. Rang and spoke to someone from the service area. Still waiting for staff member to ring me back. Still waiting for the report to come through by email. It is not coming up to a month and still have not heard anything.
First couple services were good, 40,000 I was charged for things not done to my car ( tyre rotation, charged for but wasn’t done) I had asked for wiper blades to be changed and it was missed so my husband ended up doing it, was informed car front floors were complementary vacuumed but were not, windscreen wasn’t cleaned as informed it had been, lastly I had to get a side mirror replaced through my warranty, it was approved warranty but took them overv2 months to book it in despite me ringing every week and them saying they w... read more
We purchased our new Cx5 this week and Hazel Kapitzke was terrific, for someone that looks quite young she definitely knows the car and was happy to answer all our questions, made us feel very relaxed and important without being pushy. Love the car, thanks Hazel.
