We recently visited Mazda Mackay and was greeted by Hazel, I cannot recommend her highly enough, her knowledge and understanding of her customer and vehicle information was fantastic, would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
I recently visited Mazda Mackay and, unfortunately, had an unpleasant experience. The staff member I dealt with, Alex, was quite rude and showed no genuine interest in helping or offering any options. His attitude made us feel unwelcome and discouraged us from continuing with our plans to purchase a car from Mazda. Due to this experience, we have decided to look elsewhere. Customer service is a crucial part of the car-buying journey, and this was very disappointing.
The lady that sold me my car was lovely. Very friendly and exceptional service. Thank you Hazel.
