Attorney MacKay was awesome in assisting with a credit legal issue. Great through the whole process. The staff was also very professional.
She's great. She'll advice you professionally and like a mother.
I called multiple times during the designated appointment slot and received no answer. When we finally connected, she blamed me for being late instead of acknowledging the missed calls. Rather than listening to the full story or offering solutions, she raised her voice and doubled down when I tried to explain. She even personally attacked me — unprofessional behavior when I was only looking for guidance.
