Paul is great to work with, always professional and helpful. Recently, Donna helped sort out an error promptly, and I really appreciated her support as well. Overall, great service from the team.
Not very pleased, told them I needed a vehicle insured by the end of the week. Also as I am working I gave them permission to talk to my wife so that she could sort it out as she is a stay at home mom. They kept calling me anyway and her and emailing and we where getting two separate ideas very confusing and stories, still no quote on the vehicle I wanted insured. Very very difficult to deal with. Asked for a quote Monday and I had to follow up Thursday because we needed coverage for Friday. Now one vehicle will be without coverage for the weekend as a result of them dropping the ball. Emailing me over and over and then calling my husband confusing us both. Changing quotes on us. Anita is very condescending and snarky. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
Jeff at MacKay Insurance went above and beyond and gave us quick and efficient answers and solutions! Highly recommend! Jeff went out of his way to accommodate what we needed in the limited time line we had and can not thank him enough! I will totally recommend Jeff to anyone looking for insurance!
