The staff here all work really hard and are great. Shout out to Shannon, she goes above and beyond in her job to achieve outcomes for RentConnect clients, and is also fantastic at advocating hard for their needs every day by very effectively delivering service tailored their individual needs (and/or) barriers. The public system is not perfect and very strained, this is no secret. But the workers who deliver services in Housing Development are doing a service to their communities.
