Not happy about the service
Had to get results for tests... Dr. couldn't care less what she told me in 1 minute, it's my body i knew something was wrong so I followed it up myself via Qld Xray.. Yep there it was not good news,,, so one looks further than this & can see what's really happening there! Several months ago saw another Dr there, instead of giving me the much needed medication for a life threatening condition I was yelled at. I went for travel vaccination see 2 Doctors for 3 times and when Dr. give 2 scripts for vaccination which they don't have so I rushed to get in pharmacy where they also don't have so I called T+C pharmacy where they said they have and can have it there without Dr. Prescription so I went to get vaccination the I get a call from mackay family practice about the appointment which they charged 160 and the details on invoice was level C surgery.I went next day to pay and asked what is this level C surgery they can't explain but h... read more
The red head at reception needs to get a new attitude how about ask me for my last name before screaming in my face expecting me to know that’s what your asking for I hope your day gets better or maybe find another job where you aren’t the face of a business cause that’s really a shame ruined my appointment from the get go hopefully my doctor is a little nicer 🥲
