5 star service; They went above and beyond to support me during a stressful situation. I purchased a Kia within new car warranty through another dealership up in Townsville, it died on the side of the road, shortly after I purchased it! The other company treated me terribly & sent me on a never ending loop, to every different department, around and around, getting no where! In love with my new Sportage… thanks to Brody Braddock at Mackay Kia who was such a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Brody.
