Had an absolutely terrible experience at this jeep especially compared to other jeeps ive visitied including scarborough jeep and townsville where i was taken care of alot better at jeep townsville they offer u a drink and you are seated and deal with 1 person who handles your vehicle at this mackay one you ate standing there waiting I had to repeat myself to 3 people about what I needed repaired on my car i called on the phone prior to ask about getting a aircon air compressor part ordered and installed and booked in an app... read more

Rang and spoke to Peter. A used car salesman on Friday to say that I would be there Saturday morning to check out a Jeep that we looked at last weekend and was travelling 120 km to do so. With cash 57K When we got there he told us he sold it 15 minutes before. Then rings us to say it fell through if we would like to test drive it. Looks like both your deals fell through today
I came to town after a horid return with horrific travels.You let me use your facilities ,store my van and managed to get my jeep going so i was able to pick it from your yard and get it to a park. You guys are legend's . AMANDA Yhanks Drew
I was dissappointed and surprised with two issues. I booked my Jeep in for a 60k km service and 2 new tyres which they said they would give me a ring with a quote. 10 days later I had not received a quote and when I rang there was no booking for the new tyres. When I arrived for the service I mentioned I had a couple of issues with the Uconnect, I was informed there would be an upfront diagnostic fee of $165.
