If your in Mackay and looking at buying a GWM have a long hard think about it. The vehicle itself we can't fault. So far we love it and from the get go from buying it were treated good by all staff involved in sealing the deal and handing over our cash. Still a month later wondering if the car that is under a purchase agreement will turn up. It was difficult to get a contract to sign back in 12 September, the finance company struggled with GWM Mackay after, and even emails enquiring on ETA in October get ignored. I so wish I could cancel the car, and go anywhere else with such poor service.
Brand new car cost over $50k and engine light is on and stalls. They said can’t drive till November when next appointment is available. I purchased car 28 March 25. Do not buy their roadside assistance and warranty are worthless.
Ang is awesome every time we come in.
