Ivan you absolute legend! Left home at 6am for a road trip and our Ford Transit van went into limp mode 2 minutes up the road. Parked up at the service centre until they opened and Ivan not only took the time to check out the fault (despite the service centre being fully booked) he fixed the issue and got us back on the road before lunch.
