Reviews are dead accurate, just go some place else not helpful at all
Too hard to book a service. Priced a replacement tail light for my 2023 Ranger and got the identical item from another dealer for $150 less. This is exactly why my personal vehicle is a Toyota. Ford has forgotten the meaning of "service".
Ford Service in Mackay are utterly useless. They are slow, unresponsive and you take your car back multiple times for same issue with no improvement achieved. I advise others to report Ford Service Mackay to Ford Australia and the Office of Fair Trading.
Travelling up north towing a caravan and noticed a rattle coming from under bonnet. Went past Mackay ford service and got told nothing they could do take it to jax tyre and auto. Not satisfactory it’s a warranty issue and all I wanted was ten minutes of their time to quickly check there’s nothing serious wrong. Poor service from Ford Mackay.
