I have been in Mackay for 6 weeks and have attempted to contact the parts department multiple times for Kia, Ford and Toyota. I have left messages, emails and never received a response, in todays day and age this is unacceptable and I don’t know how this business survives. I wouldn’t even bother trying with them and order from a different city and get it shipped.
