I attended the practice on Friday morning after being in complete agony for the better part of a week. I struggled in, clutching my back and barely able to stand straight, almost in tears. Beth was so lovely, trying to reassure and comfort me while I waited. Today I had my first appointment and was impressed with Mark’s approach and deep understanding of my problem. I certainly feel better already and I’m hopeful I’ve found the answer I need (after trying a lot of other therapies). The clinic is also very clean and beautifully decorated and welcoming. I highly recommend a visit.
Mark & Beth are the best! the kindness and professionalism they showed to my daughter was first class! Olivia walked in feeling sore and skipped out after 30 minutes - impressive! During the appointment Beth was kind enough to ask my mother in law who was waiting outside if she would like some refreshments - its service like this that set's business apart from the rest, a credit to Mackay and we you will be seeing us again soon! :-)
