So I’ve left maybe 5 messages over a week and a half asking for someone to make a change to my retired father’s mailing address. Just a simple unit # change. Still can’t get a return call saying it has been changed. My father worked there maybe 30 years and then gets disrespected like this for a simple request?? Not cool Mack Trucks!!
