Dr Mack truly cares about your family. Yes her client is your child or children but she also has shown so much support for me as a new parent. So glad we found her when looking for a pediatrician for our daughter. We’ve been seeing her since she was born ten months ago! Wouldn’t change a thing.
Dr. Mack, simply put, is the best pediatrician we could have ever asked for! Our daughter was her patient from birth to over 7 years. Due to our insurance coverage we had to make the heartbreaking decision to switch providers. Our daughter has special needs and Dr. Mack has been there for us every step of the way. Dr Mack is the absolute best. Could not dream of having a kinder gentler Doctor for our child.
We have been going to Dr. Mack since the birth of our daughter in 2022. She is engaged, empathetic to us as first time parents and kind. She is highly informed on new medical developments related to children and if we have questions she is always willing to answer them. We appreciate her patience and she goes the extra mile to make sure we are seen when our daughter is ill. We always leave every appointment feeling heard and validated as parents. We highly recommend Dr. Mack!
It is an understatement to say that Dr. Mack is an angel sent from heaven. She has been the guiding light for us new parents in the dark world of parenthood. We came into this knowing very little and Dr Mack and her husband have been extremely helpful ever since the birth of our child beginning from the day of delivery until now.
