Wow! I had straight teeth growing up, in high school two teeth were stacked on the top jaw both sides, had them removed, & my wisdom teeth grew in and had a cavity in one. Got the stacked teeth remove, along with the wisdom teeth, and my teeth started moving. I looked like a squirrel, teeth moved inward and the front middle two seem to be almost on top of each other.
