Bought a 5k bed from them. Mum only used it for 6 months before she passed. Asked if they would keep any eye out if any families that come in that couldn’t afford a new adjustable bed if they would consider giving our number to them. They said you think we are a second hand shop? We just thought not everyone can afford such a high price and a second option for people would be appreciated for people. Today we had a trial for a lift chair for my friend. Jared and Angela came and set up the chair. We were very happy with their service. They were patient, caring and supportive with us. During the trial, they educated my friend so she was confident using the remote. Most impressed
Called to enquire about hiring an item and it was like pulling teeth from the customer representative I spoke to. Monosyllabic responses at best and they seemed relieved to get me off the phone. You're better off buying your item from Chemist Warehouse/another retailer if it's available.
Love going to what new things they have. Staff are lovely & always happy to help with anything
