Brilliant service, staff are lovely and helpful.
Located in a large industrial area free of large amounts of traffic the shop is easy to access ample safe parking makes it easy for physically challenged people. Staff will guide you through every step of your needs with no hard selling language, knowledgeable and polite. Your safety and product satisfaction is their number one priority, variety of stock to cater for your special needs with fair prices. No I don't work there or have any financial ties with the firm.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Would give them a 0 if I could. Rude, condescending and ugly attitudes, in person and over the phone in all of our interactions. Treat people as below them. Avoid!!! Choose another retailer when given a choice. Elderly people and general public deserve better. Overpriced and a rort to aged care providers.
