I would just like to share our experience with Mac n me. We find the office staff to be very condescending towards the elderly, not treating them with kindness or dignity. Although they might be old they are not stupid. We were told there is no manager, hence the bad customer service. Fortunately now a days there is several places for disability/ aging HELP. Please look around before heading to mac n me
