For one everyone at this dealership is super patient. There was zero pressure to buy, I felt comfortable talking to everyone there and having a conversation with my partner in front of them. I recently had a misunderstanding with Mack Motors and Dion talked me down and explained everything (twice!!!) so thank you. When I say they are patient I mean they are sooo patient. And I got a badass truck.
We bought a beautiful truck from here. They said they went through the whole thing all was good. We should have had a mechanic look at it. First sign was the oil was black when we got it changed. Long story short we have put in $12,000 (yes 12,000) dollars to get everything fixed. just because it is a beauty doesn't mean the insides are good. Lesson learned!! Have a mechanic look before you buy from these guys!
Very pleased with the no-bs, transparent, relatively quick transaction with no attempts to schmooze or upsell.
