My experience with Mack Marine is far different than others, only because I cannot judge their service! I have tried several times to schedule an appointment and the receptionist constantly says she will call me back but never does. I understand they are busy, but to just brush you off, even giving a two week window is not good customer service.
Mack Marine is amazing.
I highly recommend Mack. He and Cindy are the best. I have been using them for the last five years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for your 5 star service!
They are awesome. Came to my house, determined we needed to be on the water to diagnose so they met me at Silverwood and helped me tremendously. Found the problem and assisted with the solution. Will use them going forward and appreciate their willingness to spend the time required to get it figured out.
