I was very excited to get a house deep cleaning as a Christmas gift The cleaner was great and thorough. What we paid for however, was not completed. An assessment of the home, before the initial cleaning and since it was the first time, could have avoided this. I would give the cleaner 5 stars, she was very professional. The company however, should have done an assessment of the home so they would know what needed to be accomplished.
Mack Maids provides a cleaning service for our facility and the cleaner is exceptional! She takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows. Our facility is very well kept thanks to Mack Maids. You know who you are and keep up the good work because you're truly outstanding in your field ML!
Great cleaner with excellent customer service and great personality. On time and detailed with what was communicated to her. The price for 2 hours of cleaning was clearly over priced for what I was expecting. This could have been because they do quotes over the phone vs seeing what is truly needed.
