Be careful when booking with her she does not have a cleaning team she finds random cleaners to do the jobs she does not make sure the jobs are done correctly she has horrible customer service and she will find any way to keep your money also her reviews are not legit! READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING THIS COMPANY! WARNING WARNING WARNING!
I'm going to agree with the previous one star review. It does appear that she finds contractors to clean and she doesn't have her own team. The two cleaners that showed up to clean my house, on of the cleaners had a shirt that said "All Cleaners" or something like that. There was no Mack Maids advertising. In addition, she will try and keep your money at all costs. I'm currently pursuing legal action against her because she refuses to refund me the payment I made for the cleaning service.
