Came through town was told to come see them for service. Greeted by very friendly staff. Also great service too! Keep up the great work!
Took my vehicle here to the “service” department to fix an issue I was having with my cameras. What was suppose to be a couple hours turned into a day and a half with no call to update me along the way that they would be keeping my vehicle until the next day. Luckily I called just before they closed and was able to get back there to get a loaner vehicle for the next day. Nice people, but sorry to say their offer on my trade-in was a low balled offer. Purchased my new truck at Myers in Ottawa. They offered me $6500.00 more for my trade-in than Mackenzie. The service department at Mackenzie, however, has been very good over the years. I'd give them a 5 star rating. They serviced my 2016 Sierra since we moved to the area. Nothing but good things to say about Service Dept. They are now servicing my new 2024 Sierra SLT. Too bad the sales department isn't as sharp as the Service Department.
We have recently purchased a new truck from Mackenzie’s. The selection they have is fantastic, and their service is like no other. Jen and Chris were both very prompt and wonderful to deal with, made the process seamless. Thank you both so much
