Very professional. We’ve had both the HVAC and the plumbing services. Call them if you want it done right. No BS, no smoke and mirrors. They left the job site spotless, their work space was organized and they wore booties!! Honest rates and flawless craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company.
Mack Darr was referred to me by my property manager Malinda and I couldn't be happier. A few weeks ago, we had an urgent issue at my short term rental (guests had no hot water!) and I felt like the staff and techs made it a priority to fit us into the schedule that day. My father-in-law recommended Mack M Darr to me. It's a shame that I'll now need to question his recommendations because the experience I had with them was absolutely terrible. Whoever Tom is (owner? supervisor? don't know, don't care), absolute joke of somebody who is supposed to be a leader in their company. 2 stars. Prices were good. We have used this company for many different projects now on our own home and at a vacation home. All of our experiences have been top-notch. All of the staff (including receptionist) are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. Quotes are black and white…no hidden surprises! Everyone is extremely courteous and on time for any job being done. This will continue to be our “go to” company.
I had the plumber from Mack Darr out to my place on 2 different occasions, 1 time a great job at a fair price, 2nd time, looked at my situation with my pump, got it running & said no charge ! I have nothing but good things to say about this outfit. Honest people !
