Can’t say enough good things about this company! We have had an ongoing leak from our second story bathtub that has been impacting the ceiling in our foyer. We’ve had two separate plumbing companies come out to address this before Mack and neither of them Were able to fix the leak rotting our ceiling. Mack came out and not only did they discover that the previous 2 certified and licensed plumbing companies had over tightened a pipe to the point of breaking it, but also, they found the true source of the leak, and fixed it. In todays world it is hard to find a contractor let alone a plumber to return calls give a fair price show up to actually do the work! We were so pleased from the start with communication (front office) and Gabe and Justine that did the work. They were great, polite, clean, showed up explained everything. Best of all fixed the problem! We can not thank you enough. My husband has a phrase-One Day the Plumber will be KING-and that was today!
I recently purchased a home and wanted to have a toilet replaced. I contacted Mack M Darr and inquired if they would replace the toilet. The lady who I spoke to was very friendly and helpful , scheduling my replacement the following day. The plumber, Ryan, was very professional and knowledgeable. Ryan, who was very organized, replaced the toilet, cleaned up and also examined my shower faucet handles in which were not working properly. Do not recommend! We were recommended to this contractor by multiple people but now, we lost respect for these people. They must not know that contractors are supposed to be professionals and complete the work according to the contract. We contacted them in March ( 9 months ago) to redo plumbing for a very small home. A family member passed away and the plumbing needs to be redone before we can rent it or sell it. We were promised a quote with in a month. It took two months. We were promised the work would be done by the end... read more
They came and cleaned out my ducts and after another company so called cleaned my furnace it was making a noise so Mack Darr came and took the blower out and cleaned it and told me the other company should have done this.... no more noise pleasant to deal with
