Absolutely an amazing experience. Kerry was quick to respond, thorough in her questions, and was able to resolve my issue in record time. It was a tremendous relief to my family and I to have someone who was so caring and proactive. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Took my family money to do a case appeal and stop answering our calls over one month now and current paralegal has been very rude and unprofessional
Terrible representation. Kerry had me confused with a different client of hers several times. Kept asking for continuances. Dragged out my case in order to line her pockets, and because she appeared to have more clients than she could handle. Jacqueline is just an all around ditz. Kerry lied on several occasions regarding our conversations. Just an all around bad experience.
Kerri was extremely helpful with a contract review. I have used Mack Law several times and have always been impressed. I highly recommend!
